Has the'Breeze' mask been discontinued?
My supplier has told me that Puritan-Bennett no longer makes the Breeze mask and that any I've constitute online are merely 'leftovers'. Anyone know anything about this? They sold me a different mask made for women that has the nasal pillows and the hose bunching up at my nose. I cannot fall comatose. Am thinking maybe the Breeze is what I need. Any assist?

Cpap.com is in business organization to brand money. They will sell yous whatever you will buy. If you ask, they will requite an honest answer, in my experience. They besides have lots of other masks that may be almost every bit adept, if not better, than the i you are looking for. Buy the insurance and yous will simply be out of pocket a small corporeality for trying what might exist heaven-sent for you lot. Likewise, on here you accept the benefit of the feel of a LOT of users who are echo purchasers at cpap.com.

Thanks, but I recall I will simply go ahead and order the Breeze mask. The Swift "Bella" is irritating to me in the area between the nose and oral fissure...then much so that it takes forever to fall asleep. I'yard thinking the Cakewalk will take intendance of that and won't irritate.
I did call Covidien, the visitor that bought Puritan Bennett, and they advised that they have stopped making the Breeze mask, and information technology has non been replaced past a new model. Bad news! Other mask companies need to make one like to the Breeze!

Lamentable news for Cakewalk lovers..it is going the mode of the Aeomed Headrest...so Breeze lovers need to stock up while they tin.
Eventually online inventory will be sold off and no fashion to supersede information technology. So get them while y'all can if y'all don't want to have to change masks anytime soon.

Re: Has the'Breeze' mask been discontinued?
When I showtime saw the thread, I was concerned. I've used the Breeze for almost eight years now. I accept yet to find a mask that works too for me. I emailed Covidien about this. The email was routed to the current ventilation production manager at Covidien, who very promptly replied with the following:
"That particular is our part number Y-101400-00 for reference and I am currently working with manufacturing to keep it agile in production.
I volition try to recall to send you some other update when I hear more from manufacturing. You are welcome to reach out to me directly over again if yous haven't heard anything in a few weeks. It will accept some time to piece of work through the plan with manufacturing. I believe we will go along to industry the products yous are using for some fourth dimension."
Two follow-up questions of mine were answered the same day. I dealt with my posting the replies here and generating support. The response:
"...and so the best referral is to provide the link to the Covidien website asking you utilized, every bit that will always exist monitored and routed to the appropriate person, which may be different depending on the request. Directing others to follow the same procedure y'all used and indicating it is a process that works so others sympathize it's non a waste material of their time would be helpful to the customs I imagine. I am glad you lot reached out and we made contact every bit information technology has helped reinforce my efforts to keep this production line active."
I would suggest that if you are a Breeze user that you email the company and express an involvement in keeping the Breeze in product. The link I used is: http://world wide web.%20covidien%twenty.com/rms/sales-support/general-inquiry-form
